The Hellenic Association of Treasurers receives, collects and stores any information you enter on the website or provide in any other way. This involves the personally identifiable information that is only absolutely necessary for identification and communication purposes.   6. Distribute surveys and/or conduct similar type of internal research

How do we store, use, share and disclose personal information

Our website is hosted on the platform. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

If you contact us using the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months in order to process the request and in the event of follow-up questions.


The HAT  will not communicate or sell its database to any other organization without the prior consent of the individual.

Following a member's deregistration, personal data will still be stored for 1 year, for archiving, statistical, auditing purposes, unless required otherwise by the member conducting the deregistration.
