Olympia Kritsotaki Head of Transaction Banking Solutions in Corporate and Investment Banking in Eurobank. She is responsible for designing and formulating the offering for all Transaction Banking Products.
Olympia has expertise in product and business development for more than 17 years in the banking industry. She has experience in leading initiatives and special projects in the area of Deposits, Bancassurance Business and Cash and Payments product offering, aiming to cover tailor made customer needs.
She holds MSc in Marketing from the University of Stirling and Bachelor Degree in Organization and Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

George Panou
George Panou is the Head of Innovation Center at Eurobank Greece being responsible for Digital Innovation, developing digital strategies and aligning business and technology.
Mr. Panou is also a Member of the Advisory Board for the for the 5G Infrastructure Public Private Partnership (5G PPP), an initiative between the European Commission and the European ICT industry. He is also a founding member and a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Blockchain Hub (HBH) and the 1st Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP) by IIB Council in Greece, providing thought leadership on Blockchain and emerging technologies.
He is guest Lecturer on ESADE Business School on the MSc in Business Analytics on the Fintech and Blockchain course and also a guest Lecturer at Swinburne University of Technology at Frontiers in Fintech for the Master Students. Ioannis Seimenis
Ioannis Seimenis is Assistant General Manager and Head of the Sales Unit at Eurobank Markets. With 34 years of experience in Treasuries Dept. in Greece (Anz-Grindlays, Société Générale, Eurobank) initially as a money market and fixed income trader, acted for almost 20 years as a distributor of FX, Rates & Commodities hedging instruments primarily to corporates. His team serves Eurobank's all networks clients daily needs but also provides cover for their asset and liabilities -market related- risks. He has also expsure in corporate’s debt issuance business and in structured products manufacturing and distribution. He participates with a key role in various projects regarding the transition to bank’s digital offering and the implementation of regulatory compliance updates.

Christos Kourouniotis
Christos is currently Tax Partner with EY Athens and the TP Leader of EY for Central, Eastern, South-Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Christos has 18 years of experience in the provision of professional tax advisory services and since 2009 specializes in the provision of structuring/planning and transfer pricing documentation services. Since 2017 Christos supervises the transfer pricing practice of EY Cyprus and also serves as a subject matter expert for other offices in Southern East Europe.
He has a Degree in Business Management from the University of Piraeus and holds an MSc in Internal Audit and Management from the Bayes Business School in London, UK (former CITY Business School). He is a member of the Hellenic Economic Chamber and he is a licensed Greek Account (A class).
Christos has worked on a wide range of projects covering tax strategy and planning, tax impact from restructurings, tax due diligence, forensic tax, tax controversy, IP box regimes, and transfer pricing. His experience spans all sectors, with more significant experience in Technology, Pharmaceutical, Consumer goods, Telecommunications, and Financial services sectors.
He is specialized in the operationalization of transfer pricing policies and combined analysis of transfer pricing with other tax considerations (PE issues, withholding tax issues, LoB, issues of substance for effective management, and GAAR purposes).

Elina Chronopoulou
Elina is a Partner for the International Tax- Transfer Pricing service line of EY Greece, focusing on financial service operations. She joined EY in 2014, after 7 years of experience in the Banking sector.
Elina advices multinational companies in a variety of cross-border tax issues, covering Transfer Pricing compliance and planning, substance adequacy and risk assessments, Group restructurings and due diligence, whereas has significant experience in supporting clients with cross -boarder transfer pricing audits, MAP processes and APAs. Her experience also covers exchange of information matters, such as CbCR and DAC6.
Elina has significant experience in multinational projects, covering a variety of industries, with specialization in the financial sector where she has been involved in the development of linked cross border tax planning and transfer pricing solutions, particularly in the areas of financing and risk management.
She holds an MSc in Finance and Banking and a BSc in Economics from the Athens University of Economics & Business.

Kostas Stathopoulos
Kostas is a Partner in the Consulting service line of EY Greece and leading the Consulting Services to CFOs, focusing on integrated solutions and projects to transform the finance operations through the use of new technologies. He holds 20 years of professional experience, being with EY since 2017. Previously he was a partner in another Big-4 firm, leading the Treasury and Financial Instruments team. He has an MPhil in International Finance from the University of Glasgow and a BSc in Economics from the Athens University of Economics & Business. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and member of Greek Institute of Public Accountants.
Kostas has led a large number of projects relating to Finance and Treasury Operations, Finance Transformation, Derivatives accounting and valuation, hedging and hedge accounting. He has managed engagements across all industries, focusing on banks and insurance companies but also with several large corporates.

Chryssa Markopoulou
Chryssa is a Director in the Finance Consulting team of EY Greece, leading projects on finance and treasury transformation through the use of emerging technologies. Having joined EY since 2015, she now holds 15 years of professional experience focusing on financial risk management and finance transformation consulting services for financial services and large organizations.
Chryssa holds a PhD in “Correlation modelling with application to risk management” from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), an MBA with specialization in Financial Engineering from the same university and a BSc in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus. She has worked on a number of projects focusing on treasury transformation, liquidity management and planning, regulatory compliance as well as hedging structuring and hedge accounting. Her experience spans across several industries and Financial Services.

Vassilios Pierrakos
Vassilios Pierrakos is a Partner within EY's Technology Consulting practice, serving as the Innovation Leader for Greece and the CESA South Cluster. With over 15 years of extensive experience in IT and large-scale transformation projects internationally, he possesses expertise in IT Strategy, IT-enabled Business Process Re-engineering, and Innovation. He has hands-on experience working with Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and other emerging technologies.
He holds both a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) and a Master of Engineering (MEng) from the National Technical University of Athens. Additionally, Mr. Pierrakos is a member of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance.

Anke Rindermann
Anke Rindermann is a Managing Director in the Global Corporate Ratings Team at DBRS Morningstar and manages the European team. She has been with Morningstar DBRS since July 2023. The European Corporate Ratings team covers a wide variety of issuers across Diversified
Industries, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Project Finance. Anke is based in Frankfurt, Germany.
Before joining Morningstar DBRS, Anke spent 16 years at Moody’s Investors Service on the European Corporate Team. Most recently, she managed a team of analysts focusing on a range of sectors including Auto OEMs and Suppliers, Real Estate, Building Materials,
Airlines and Aerospace and Defense, as well as Investment Holdings. In addition, she managed several cross-regional strategic projects, including drafting and updating rating methodologies, and was a regular speaker at industry conferences and other events.
Before her time with Moody’s, Anke spent seven years at Commerzbank in various credit risk functions as well as two years at Deutsche Bank. She holds a degree from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management and is a chartered Financial Risk Analysist as well as a certified Credit Rating Analyst (DVFA). Anke is fluent in English and German.

Nicola De Caro
He has been working with Morningstar DBRS for 11 years. He joined the London office in 2013 before moving to Frankfurt in 2018. During this time, Nicola has been working with several banks in Italy, Portugal, Greece, Austria and Germany. Since 2018, he is managing the Financial Institution Ratings team in Frankfurt.
Prior to joining Morningstar DBRS, Nicola worked in Corporate Finance M&A at ABN AMRO and the Royal Bank of Scotland in Milan and London. Nicola started his career in the structured finance/public finance division at Deutsche Bank.
Nicola holds a MSc in Business Administration summa cum laude from Bocconi University and completed a management executive program (MAP) at INSEAD.

Suneil Ramesh,
Suneil joined Morningstar DBRS in 2016 and has worked on public-private partnerships, project finance, container terminal operators, airports, renewable energy, regulated utilities and other infrastructure credits. Prior to joining Morningstar DBRS, Suneil was with CRISIL Ltd, a subsidiary of Standard & Poor's, for seven years, in structured finance, corporate credit ratings and infrastructure advisory. Suneil has led capital raising, commercial due diligence and other financial advisory projects in infrastructure. Suneil had also spent two years in management consulting with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Suneil has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Masters in Business Law and is a CFA Charterholder.
Fitch Ratings
Alex Griffiths
Alex Griffiths is Managing Director, Head of Corporate Ratings for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Fitch’s EMEA corporate rating work is carried out by more than 110 dedicated corporate analysts, based in 10 cities, who cover all aspects of the rating and surveillance of non-financial corporates across the region. Alex joined Fitch in London in 2005 as a corporate analyst, and has held a number of different roles, most recently as Fitch’s Credit Policy Group with responsibility for monitoring the quality of global corporate ratings. He started at Fitch as an analyst specializing in Telecoms, Media and Technology, then became Head of Research for EMEA and Asia-Pacific. Between 2012 and 2016 he ran the EMEA Natural Resources team.
Prior to this, Alex spent eight years with Deloitte audit practice, where he gained experience ranging from transaction services work to audit, IFRS transitions, expert witness assignments and sector research.
Alex read economics at St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Craig Gosnell
Craig Gosnell leads Sustainable Fitch’s business development strategy for Corporate Issuers. Craig has had extensive engagement with Issuers and market participants on ESG/Sustainability both pre and post the launch of Sustainable Fitch in September 2021.
Craig has been at Fitch since 2009 in a variety of business development roles focusing on Corporates and has previously served as the Fitch Ratings Head of Relationship Development for EMEA Corporates.

Gabriella Apergi
Gabriella Apergi is a Strategic and Transformational Sales Leader who joined Kyriba’s sales team in May 2024 to drive the adoption of advanced treasury and finance automation solutions across Greece and Eastern Europe.
With a customer-centric approach, she has fostered a culture of strategic, long-term partnerships with clients, including many leading, high-profile businesses in her portfolio.

Michal Czerniecki
Michal Czerniecki brings nearly 3 years of experience representing Kyriba and collaborating with corporates in the CEE region. His role involves revealing the extensive benefits of adopting Kyriba, the World's #1 Liquidity Performance solution.
With a background as a former customer of Kyriba and various other technological solutions for Treasurers, Michal possesses a wide-ranging perspective which he passionately imparts during customer meetings, system demonstrations, and public speaking engagements.

Sandrine Rougeron
Sandrine is Global head of Corporate and Corporate Pension Fund clients since 2020. She is also responsible for sales of the Liquidity Solutions investment platform.
Previously, she was responsible for the development of Liquidity Solutions in Europe and responsible for the development of corporate clients and pension funds in Scandinavia and Switzerland.
Sandrine joined Amundi in 2011 after having held several positions, in charge of large corporate clients at Crédit Agricole CIB, the Crédit Agricole Group's commercial and investment bank.
She began her career at Crédit Lyonnais in 1993 after obtaining a master's degree in management (NEOMA Business School) and a master's degree in Management and International Business (La Sorbonne University).

Luca Crivellari
Luca Crivellari is Sales Executive for Greece.
Based in Milan, but a regular visitor of Athens, Luca is in charge of the FIS Corporate Liquidity business in Greece and Italy. FIS is the largest fintech in the world and it offers advanced treasury management software solutions.
Luca is a member of AITI, the Italian Corporate Treasurers Association, and he writes regularly articles on the AITI magazine, as well as on other specialized media outlets. Before joining FIS, Luca spent eight years in UniCredit, working for their cash management division.

Theresa Skarlatou is the CEO of Allianz Trade in Greece, responsible for Greece and Cyprus.
Specialized in Financial Management, she has an extensive and successful track record in the field of Trade Credit Insurance and Surety, having held senior positions in the Financial, Commercial and Market Management Divisions of Allianz Trade, as well as across major projects in the scope of business development, operations, transformation and customer centricity.
Prior to her current position, she held for 6 years the position of CFAO at Solunion Group, a joint venture between Allianz Group and Mapfre Group for Spain and Latin America.

Philip Neighorn
Philip Neighorn is Managing Director, European Surety Leader & Global Accounts Leader - International Surety Practice based on Dallas and Madrid.
Philip Neighorn has several areas of responsibility at Marsh, where he is the European Surety Leader, Global Surety Accounts Leader and leads surety business development in India, Middle East, and Africa. In these capacities, Philip assists clients with placements and the structuring of global facilities and structures which allow them to access the surety market in a variety of geographies and for a variety of applications across all industry sectors.
Philip began his career a surety underwriter and worked for one of the largest writers of surety prior to joining Marsh in 2005. Philip has had various roles during his time at Marsh and was based in Amsterdam between 2018 and 2023 and currently splits his time between the U.S. and Madrid, Spain.

Kerim Sunguroglu
Kerim Sunguroglu is a financial markets professional based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, with a track record of 10 years in Banking, Financial Services, and Technology. He possesses a wealth of experience in various facets of the industry, including treasury management, trading, and client management.
His expertise spans foreign exchange, fixed income, money markets, and execution
workflows for financial products. Currently serving as a Product Expert at 360T within the Deutsche Boerse Group, Kerim's role involves not only managing client relationships and projects, but also providing training and advice on diverse financial products.
Kerim's education includes a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cankaya and is fluent in English, German and Turkish. Kerim is a PMP (Project Management Professional) Certificate Holder.
Greenwich University
George Samakovitis
George Samakovitis is Professor of FinTech at the School of Computing & Mathematical Sciences, University of Greenwich, UK. He specialises in banking and payment technologies and AI for FinTech and privacy preservation techniques. His research addresses deployment and governance of technologies for AML and FinCrime, uses of blockchain agents to develop Collective Intelligence capabilities in FinTech networks, and compliance models for programmable digital assets. Prof. Samakovitis has been a member of the Bank of England CBDC Technology Forum advising the UK Central Bank on the design of the Digital Pound; he previously worked with the Counter Fraud & Data Analytics Advisory Group of the HMG Cabinet Office, and the FinCrime Working Group at the UK Payments Strategy Forum, and the BSI UK Data Standards Expert Panel, which published the 2023 BSI Value of Data Report, informing the UK National Data Strategy. His past research focused on banking technology investment decisions and the risk/uncertainty relationship under disparate decision-making paradigms.

Gerasimos Papaleventis
Gerasimos Papaleventis is a Banker and an Economist having 25 years of experience and progressive responsibility in the banking and finance sector. He is currently the Vice President and Head of Control and Monitoring of the Treasury department at FIMBank plc, an International Banking Group based in Malta, where he has been residing with his family for the last 6 years.
His previous work experience includes being in Operations and Foreign Settlements in NBG Securities Services and Beta Securities Services (Greece), where he was positioned as Head of Department in both companies. Gerasimos also delivers training and presentations to professionals and in-house staff training regarding Banking and Finance topics.
